  • 2 wedges Chinese winter melon

  • 2 wedges honeydew melon

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

  • 2 teaspoons hot water

  • 8 cubes ice

How to Make Chinese Winter Melon Smoothie

  1. Combine winter melon, honeydew melon, and cold water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses.

  2. Combine sugar and hot water in a small glass; stir to dissolve. Add to the smoothies with ice cubes. Serve chilled.
