Recipe: Pineapple UpsideDown Milkshake

This was an attempt to re-create the pina colada that went wrong. What I came up with however, is a cool creamy tropical milkshake that everyone loves. My friends call it pineapple upside-down cake in a glass.

Pineapple Upside-Down Milkshake Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream

  • 1? cups pineapple juice

  • 1 cup milk

  • 4? ounces cream of coconut

How to Make Pineapple Upside-Down Milkshake

  1. Combine ice cubes, ice cream, pineapple juice, milk, and cream of coconut in a blender. Process until creamy and ice is finely chopped. Serve immediately.
