Recipe: Pond Scum
Disgusting-looking punch for childrens Halloween parties. Very easy and inexpensive. It is hard to convince kids to drink it, but they love it once theyve tried it. Its too sweet for most adults. It helps that we live on a lake and say weve just drawn it from the lake.
Pond Scum Ingredients
1 (2 liter) bottle grape soda
1 (2 liter) bottle orange soda
1 quart lime sherbet
How to Make Pond Scum
Pour grape and orange soda into a punch bowl. Scoop small portions of lime sherbet into the soda mixture. Let the sherbet melt into a foamy green layer on top.

Pond Scum Reviews
This came out great My kids have asked for me to make it oftenThanks for a great easy punch
Easy, cheap and yummy. Had great effect and the kids loved it. Love that it has few ingredients. So easy to put together yet has such wow factor.
Made this for the school party last year (multi age). The kids who were in the class last year have told the new kids about it, but wont give away the secret of what it is. Of course, Im making it again this year. They loved it
Looks spooky when made The combo of the three ingredients made the punch bubble up soooo much, it really looked like scum.
Great punch. Wouldnt change a thing...
