  • 2 leaves fresh mint, or to taste

How to Make Mojito Coffee

  1. Mix sparkling water and mint syrup together in a tall glass. Add 2 ice cubes and sugar; stir well. Add more ice to the glass.

  2. Gently spoon espresso into the glass; add milk. Garnish glass with mint.

  • This iced coffee was different to say the least. I followed the recipe with no deviations, even making my own mint syrup. Makes a very small serving, about 1/4 cup. Good thing because I didnt really care for it. Thanks for the recipe anyways.
