Recipe: Key Lime Pie Martini

This recipe uses ingredients found most well-stocked bars, which I put together after many requests for a Key lime pie martini from customers at a restaurant I bartended for. To make it extra special, run a lime around the edge of the martini glass and dip it in crushed graham crackers after chilling. Tastes just like a key lime pie This recipe makes a single martini. Garnish with lime, if desired.

Key Lime Pie Martini Reviews

  • Yummy martini that doesnt taste like rocket fuel :) This is a keeper

  • I tried it both with and without the cream and prefer it without the cream; it has more flavor without the cream. I rimmed the glass with a lime and dipped the glass in sugar which offset the sour of the drink nicely. I cut the vanilla vodka in half and added lime vodka to make up the difference since I did not have sweetened lime juice.

  • Refreshing

  • Delicious I used Cointreaucor in place of the triple sec.
