Recipe: Basic Glutinous Rice

Ingredients
- 22 ounces glutinous rice, rinsed
- 28 ounces water
Directions
- Heat a pan, add the rice and water, cover, and cook over high heat for 25 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to very low, and cook for an additional 4 minutes, making sure all the water has evaporated. Remove from the heat and, using a spatula, fluff the rice. It is now ready to serve.
