  • 22 ounces glutinous rice, rinsed

  • 28 ounces water


  1. Heat a pan, add the rice and water, cover, and cook over high heat for 25 minutes.

  2. Reduce the heat to very low, and cook for an additional 4 minutes, making sure all the water has evaporated. Remove from the heat and, using a spatula, fluff the rice. It is now ready to serve.
