This pretty pink martini is the color of spring with the flavors of winter citrus. Dont love gin? Use vodka instead We rimmed our glasses with a fun mix of crushed pink peppercorns and coarse sugar.

Tickled Pink Martini Ingredients

  • 4 fluid ounces gin

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

  • fluid ounce dry vermouth

  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • ice cubes

  • 2 wedges pink grapefruit

How to Make Tickled Pink Martini

  1. Combine gin, grapefruit juice, vermouth, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes, cover, and shake until very cold. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with grapefruit wedges.
