Can be served for: 6 persons

Ingredients

  • 3 Granny Smith apples

  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 2/4 cup sugar, plus 6 tablespoons

  • 2/4 cup water

  • 6 egg yolks

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 2/3 cups heavy whipping cream

  2. Preheat oven to 435 degrees F.

  3. Whisk egg yolks and 6 tablespoons sugar. Whisk until light yellow. Add vanilla. While whisking, gradually pour in whipping cream.

  5. Keep the ramekins in the water bath and let them cool for about 40 minutes. Remove from water and chill overnight in the refrigerator.

  6. Sprinkle sugar on top of creme and then torch until golden brown.
