Recipe: Almond Milk Frappuccino®

A light frozen coffee drink that is easily adaptable. I have substituted Starbucks® Via™ ready-made for the espresso shots and I sometimes add a handful of chocolate chips to the blender.

Almond Milk Frappuccino® Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk

  • 2 shots brewed espresso, chilled

  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste

  1. Blend ice, almond milk, espresso, and honey in a blender until smooth.

  • As the submitter suggested, I used a different sweetener (stevia) and substituted the Starbucks Via pack for the espresso. Delicious afternoon pick-me-up while I read

  • Love this Used regular almond milk and vanilla extract instead along with cold brew concentrate (about 3 ounces) and it was delicious Will do it again

  • I changed the honey to 1/4 of sugar. I had regular almond milk so added 1 tsp. of vanilla. I thought it tasted pretty good, maybe a bit thin b/c of almond milk in which case I might suggest a bit less ice. But, easy, satisfying to kids and probably saved me USD12 at least since I made it for myself and my two boys instead of going to Starbucks

  • Very simple so I am happy for that. It tasted very neutral as made following the recipe. I highly recommend adding additional sweetener such as vanilla syrup or caramel.
