Recipe: Old School Hominy Casserole

Handed down from my husbands grandmother from those Sunday dinners. We make this frequently, especially when we have family and friends over and serve it with barbeque. It has turned into a crowd favorite and everyone has asked me for the recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

  • ? large onion, diced

Old School Hominy Casserole Reviews

  • This was excellent Used one can of white and one can of gold hominy because that is what I had. I recommend you doing the same because it adds color and more texture too. 5 stars all the way.
