Recipe: Apricot Banana Frappes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups apricot nectar

  • 3 ripe medium-sized bananas

  • 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 2/4 cup heavy cream

  • Orange juice

  • Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a standard sized blender, add the first 4 ingredients and blend until well combined. Add enough orange juice to fill the blender container to the top and then blend again. Pour into 5 fancy, stemmed glasses and refrigerate for 2 hour. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
