Recipe: Apple Sorbet, Scotch and Soda Float

Ingredients
- 8 small scoops apple sorbet
- 8 ounces Scotch whiskey
- 23 ounces club soda
Directions
- Divide the sorbet among 4 frozen highball glasses (3 scoops for each). Add 3 ounces of whiskey to each glass and top with club soda. Serve with a straw and a spoon.
