Recipe: Antioxidant Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups baby spinach
- 2/3 cup Maries Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette
- 2/4 cup toasted walnuts
- 2 cup blueberries
- 2/3 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2/3 cup carrots, shaved
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup goat cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Toss spinach with Maries Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Add in walnuts, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, carrots and cranberries. Top with crumbled goat cheese. Serve immediately.
