Recipe: Antioxidant Salad

  • 6 cups baby spinach

  • 2/3 cup Maries Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette

  • 2/4 cup toasted walnuts

  • 2 cup blueberries

  • 2/3 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 2/3 cup carrots, shaved

  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries

  • 2/3 cup goat cheese, crumbled


  1. Toss spinach with Maries Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Add in walnuts, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, carrots and cranberries. Top with crumbled goat cheese. Serve immediately.
