Recipe: Almond Wild Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 (6-ounce) box long grain and wild rice mix, with seasoning packet
- 2/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Directions
- In a saucepan, bring pineapple juice, broth, orange juice and butter to a boil. Stir in rice and seasoning packet. Bring to a boil.
- Cover tightly and reduce heat to medium-low to low. Simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 35 minutes.
- Fluff rice with a fork, stir in almonds and serve.
