Recipe: Almendras Saladas (Salted Almonds)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups blanched whole almonds

  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons coarse or fine sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a baking pan spread almonds in one layer and toast in middle of oven until golden, about 23 minutes. Toss almonds with oil and salt until coated well. Serve warm.
