Rolo-Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, softened to space temperature*

  • 1/2 cup packed illumination or black brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

How to Make Rolo-Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies
