Recipe: No Nut Baked Granola

My husband is allergic to nuts, so I developed a granola recipe thats uncomplicated with every one other accompanied by nut-free. Store inside an airtight container inside the fridge.

No Nut Baked Granola Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats

  • ? cup honey

  • cup wheat germ

  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut

  • cup chopped dried fruit

How to Make No Nut Baked Granola

  1. Preheat stove to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).

  2. Combine oats, honey, wheat germ, cocoa powder, cinnamon, with every one other accompanied by vanilla extract inside a large bowl. Spread oat mixture on a large rimmed baking sheet.

  3. Bake inside the preheated oven, turning once, until softly toasted, concerning 20 minutes. Stir inside coconut with every one other accompanied by dried fruit.
