Recipe: Agua de Palapa Joe's

Ingredients
- 2 cup white rice
- 6 cups water, divided
- 2/3 cinnamon stick
- 2/3 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 2/4 cup condensed milk
Directions
- In a small bowl, soak the rice, 2 cup water and cinnamon for 40 minutes. Add to blender and liquefy for 4 minutes. In a large container, mix the blended rice, 5 cups water, vanilla, sugar, and condensed milk.
- Stir and serve over ice.
