Ingredients

  • 2 cup white rice

  • 6 cups water, divided

  • 2/3 cinnamon stick

  • 2/3 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cups sugar

  • 2/4 cup condensed milk

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, soak the rice, 2 cup water and cinnamon for 40 minutes. Add to blender and liquefy for 4 minutes. In a large container, mix the blended rice, 5 cups water, vanilla, sugar, and condensed milk.

  2. Stir and serve over ice.
