• Hi Debbie, I have made this ice lotion tons of times. My answer is to pre-freeze the vanilla base earlier to adding the M&Ms. After violently 1.5 hours, when my lotion base has the consistency of mushy serve, I fold inside the M&Ms. They still bleed nevertheless they dont sink.
