Recipe: Tasty Moist chocolate cake

Ingredients of Moist chocolate cake
- It's 1 3/4 cup of flour.
- It's 2 cups of sugar.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of cocoa powder.
- It's 2 teaspoon of baking soda.
- It's 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- You need 1 cup of buttermilk.
- You need 1/2 cup of veg oil.
- You need 1 cup of hot (boiled water) coffee.
- You need 2 of eggs.
- It's 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Combine dry and wet ingredients together (I gently whisk them together with a fork). For the chocolate cake: Add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and espresso powder to a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Whisk through to combine or, using your paddle attachment, stir through flour mixture until combined well. Use the first set of ingredients to make the cake.

- In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients one at a time.. mix well to form a batter.
- Grease ur pan.. add the batter and bake in a preheated oven for 40mimutes or so.
